Westmount sells its I-CASE tools through a worldwide network which revolves around distributors, OEMs, VARs and strategic marketing alliances. The Westmount I-CASE tools work with generally accepted products and protocols, and are available on a wide range of hardware. They support established methods and produce output in widely recognised formats. They suit the concept of OPEN systems, to achieve an optimum degree of interchangeability.
Westmount's products have been sold to a wide range of industries, including health service providers, financial and banking institutions, government and public services and the manufacturing and communications industries.
As a testimony to its firm commitment to a growing North American customer base, the company recently established a wholly owned US subsidiary, Westmount USA Inc., in the Washington, D.C. area, which provides support for marketing, sales distribution and customer support operations in the US, Canada and Latin America.

Westmount I-CASE Yourdon is an Open Integrated Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tool (based on X and OSF/Motif).
This product supports the complete software life cycle including analysis, global design, detailed design, implementation, testing, maintenance and documentation. It supports Yourdon SA/SD including Dataflow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Structure Charts. All information is stored in a central repository (Ingres, Informix, Oracle or Sybase). Code is generated for Ingres 4GL, Windows4GL, Informix 4GL, Oracle (SQL*Plus, SQL*Menus, SQL*Forms, PRO*C, SQL*ReportWriter), Uniface and C with embedded SQL with automatic consistency with the generated database. Reverse engineering of databases into Entity Relationship Diagrams is available. The Docwriter workbench generates application doccumentation and is integrated with Framemaker, Interleaf, WordPerfect and nroff.
Due to the commitment to standards the product is open to integration with third party products. Westmount I-CASE supports medium to large project teams. It runs on UNIX and VMS.
It supports the Ward/Mellor, Yourdon and Constantine methods. All information is stored in a central open repository (Ingres, Informix, Oracle or Sybase). The implementation phase offers a programming environment with a version and configuration mechanism for a project team within a network. Code is generated for C applications.

Westmount Lite is the most advanced database designer available in the market today. Westmount Lite designs, documents and maintains databases. Westmount Lite is also very useful for maintaining existing databases. A reverse engineering module supports in recreating the design for existing databases.
